 The discussion will be used to identify a set of key topics for further discussion in smaller groups. It will last 20 minutes, and set the stage for more intensive discussions within the smaller groups.

Group Discussions
Attendees can elect to join one of the groups formed from the topics chosen by the plenary discussion. A uniform distribution across groups is desirable. Ideally, the group would discuss the selected topic and identify key issues and/or solutions for further research.
